Loose fitting clothing (Sweat/Jogging Pants, T-shirt or Sweat-Shirt) is preferable but not required. Make sure the clothing is durable and not important to you. We may practice defenses against clothing grabs.

| Do the classes build on each other from month to month? |
As of now all of the classes have been similar with some extra techniques here or there. Every class thus far has included ground kicking and getting up, elbows, knees, and eye gouging. Then we usually have time for other things like grab defenses or if anyone has a request.
You can never have too much practice on the basics. If there are several people returning we can split the class on a needed basis and have instructors work with people at a faster pace with more techniques.
